Review and analyze Statement of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Proposals, and Client POs- Monitors several several T&M, FFP, UOP, CP contracts controls put in place to ensure projects and contracts are set up accurately and the appropriate amount of revenue is recognized Recorded monthly revenues and expenses; performed monthly cash and GL reconciliations, record daily cash activity, analyze monthly financial statements; assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process- Works with colleagues in Finance and within the business to maintain consistency with processes and procedures surrounding projects and contract setup- Assist with creating and executing additional controls required within the Public Sector of the firm control - Review complex client fee arrangements to determine appropriate Cost Point project setup based in accordance with client agreement and company policy. Understand how a project is set up and modified within the Cost Point system- Execute required accounting controls around contracts to cash process, and provide status, as appropriate- Communicate billing and revenue issues effectively and professionally with Revenue Manager, Billing Managers and Billers- Provide oversight and feedback to billing specialists and contracts team members on operational questions. Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
