In February 2005, as a result of successful freelance work, Coreen established Opt for Learning, a professional enterprise providing consultancy and training. Contracts have included:Management development training: facilitating groups of managers to develop confidence, skills and abilities to lead teams to meet organisational objectives.Organisational development: identifying learning needs (gathering data, compiling and presenting reports); facilitating groups of senior managers to plan and implement business development strategy.Facilitating management groups to develop and implement an organisation wide Staff Handbook, in line with legal requirements, quality standards and best practice.Developing and facilitating Workshops on a range of topics, including: Performance management; Raising concerns at work; Working towards a healthier workplace.Identifying learning needs: Workplace investigations: lead investigator; summarising allegations; interviewing parties; writing up statements; compiling and presenting report. Allegations included: Sex and race discrimination; harassment, bullying, victimisation.
