ABOUT CORDELL PICKERING
I’m the Founder and CEO of Pick PT Physical Therapy, an employee-owned outpatient PT company based in Idaho. Our mission is to build clinics where great therapists want to work while delivering exceptional care to the communities we serve.Pick PT currently operates multiple clinics and is continuing to expand, with a model focused on developing physical therapists and physical therapy assistants into clinic owners and leaders. I’m passionate about building strong cultures, scalable healthcare businesses, and systems that allow clinicians to grow both professionally and entrepreneurially.In addition to leading Pick PT, I’m involved in our family holding company, which manages real estate assets. I also consult within several family businesses—including shipping containers, towing, and construction—helping guide leadership transition and succession planning following the passing of my father.I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an MBA in Executive Leadership from Utah State University. My work today is centered on leadership, entrepreneurship, and building organizations that create opportunity and long-term impact.
