Every software project has a purpose - a problem to solve or an unmet need. Its easy to build something that merely works to solve that problem. It is much much harder to find what will be a delight to use. I can\'t claim to have uncovered a reproducible method of delighting my software\'s customers. However, I can say that I have learned how to pick out unmet needs from those who need software solutions. As aweb developer with 1+ years of experience, I would count that as a win. Each project is composed of three elements - time, money, and labor. As a project manager, your job in essence, is about juggling each of these three elements over time with appropriate documentation. In my 3+ years of managing complex projects, I have learned to never underestimate the power of regular compounded work applied over time. The tortoise beats the hare every time for a given goal.When I\'m not working, I love reading innovative speculative fiction, listening to podcasts, and strength training.
