As a Senior Assembly Process Engineer, I provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration to optimize military and commercial engine assembly processes. My role bridges engineering requirements with shop-floor execution to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality while supporting long-term program objectives.• Selected to complete training for Engine Quality Engineer (EQE) role on the APU assembly line (Level 3 of 4 proficiency), demonstrating leadership trust and technical expertise.• Lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations: work with cross-functional teams to identify underlying causes of assembly issues, implement corrective actions, and update processes to prevent recurrence - ensuring compliance and long-term reliability.• Serve as process owner for multiple APU product families, managing the timely creation of work instructions, incorporating Class 1 & 2 engineering changes through SAP/Solumina, and maintaining configuration control to ensure engines conform to applicable product definition.• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to align requirements, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Recognized with multiple Spot Awards from direct manager for leadership, project coordination, and aligning assembly processes with engineering documentation.
