ABOUT CORDEL E.
I am a program cost advisor with over 12 years of progressive experience in the Alberta oil and gas industry. Currently with Cenovus Energy\'s Well Delivery division, I manage full-lifecycle costs across multiple active well programs from long range planning through drilling, completions, facilities, and tie-in to first production. I came up through the field as a Red Seal and Blue Seal certified Journeyman Pipefitter, which means I understand this industry from the ground up. That hands-on foundation combined with years of financial oversight, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation on large scale energy projects gives me a perspective that most people on either side of the business do not have. Earlier in my career I managed a high performing sales team and built client relationships from the ground up through direct sales. That experience shaped who I am professionally and continues to influence how I approach relationships, communication, and results in everything I do. I am a people person by nature. I build relationships quickly, communicate clearly at all levels of an organization, and I am driven by personal growth and delivering results.
