As Post-Production Supervisor at BYU, I manage the workflow and quality of media projects for Continuing Education. With over 20 years of experience in creative direction and media production, I have a passion for using storytelling as a powerful tool for learning and communication. I have a master\'s degree in Instructional Technology and a bachelor\'s degree in Communication Disorders, which gives me a solid foundation in the psychology of learning and the science of storytelling.I also run my own business, Mergeworks Media, where I help entrepreneurs and tech companies build their brands and online presence. I offer a range of services, including photography, cinematography, video editing, sound design, graphic design, instructional design, voice acting, music recording, web design, and headshot photography. I collaborate with my clients to develop creative strategies that align with their goals and resonate with their audiences.    I work with entrepreneurs to build their brands and establish their online presence. I photograph their people and products. I help their voices be heard producing audio books for authors, EPs for bands, and voice-overs for commercials and podcasts. I visualize new products with images and motion. I tell their story with video-based social media marketing. As a creative consultant, I:• Collaborate with other entrepreneurs and business owners to develop a creative strategy, including logo design or redesign, updated website, and print collateral.• Create brand identities, typographic systems, color palettes, iconography, and messaging plans.• Define internal processes for in-house marketing teams and provide outsourced photo, video, and audio production services.• Design updated packaging, large format signage, digital displays, and clothing.• Recommend tools and processes to stream high-quality video and audio for remote collaboration.• Illustrate key brand themes with photography, video, and motion graphics.
