Decentrale was founded in January 2020 by 12 people. We provide trainings, moderation, E-Learning formats, consultancies, participation formats, planning, coordination, and implementation of those.Topics we focus on are conflict resolution, communication, structural discrimination, intersectionality, anti-racism, feminism, leadership, civic education, transformative learning, as well as faciliating competencies in methodology and didactics. We represent the concepts of lifelong learning and failing forward, and we strengthen critical thinking in non-formal, informal, and formal surroundings.
