Leverage expertise in evolving healthcare financial models, value-based purchasing, and innovative pilot programs to advise corporate leadership on short and long-range strategic planning centered on profitability, enterprise growth, and market expansion. In addition, enhance the quality of care and safety for individuals and residents living with chronic diseases. • Collaboratively spearheaded several accreditation initiatives through The Joint Commission (TJC) in 2022. This involved the creation of a strategic target plan with an outside consultant, identifying communities for the pilot projects, and negotiating contract modifications. Successfully set the model for future TJC accreditations & certifications within the assisted living and memory care sector. • Architected and refined programs to elevate quality assurance and process improvements consisting of (but not limited to) fall prevention & management, skin integrity, and elopement prevention. Additionally optimized the workforce by implementing KPI reporting, auditing tools, policy & procedural updates, and new training materials. • Proactively identified potential gaps in policies and procedures related to care provisions within a licensed residential care setting and future property developments to ensure compliances were adhered to.
