About Coralyn Musser
As the Director of Outreach & Engagement, I help turn corporate philanthropy into action. I lead volunteer programs, nonprofit partnerships, and engagement strategies that have driven year-over-year growth in corporate volunteering, increased employee giving, and strengthened our mission of building a compassionate and generous culture. Beyond my formal role, I love speaking, sharing ideas, and partnering with companies to build generous workplace cultures, boost employee engagement, and plan meaningful service trips. As an MBA grad, former TEDx speaker, and current podcast host, I’m passionate about helping leaders create workplaces where people feel connected, inspired, and ready to make an impact. Personally, I’m a proud wife and boy mom who loves outdoor adventures like paddleboarding, volleyball, and scuba diving.
