Seven years later, I can confirm: good things really are worth waiting for.With nearly 20 years of hands-on HR experience, I’ve worked across industries that rarely share the same breakroom - restaurants, retail, banks, private clubs, nonprofits, manufacturers, engineers, and early learning centers and more. Different industries. Same mission:Align compliance, culture, and people strategy so problems get solved in the boardroom, not the courtroom.Think of me as both your HR fire extinguisher and smoke detector, putting out today’s fires while preventing tomorrow’s. From terminations and handbook rewrites to HR audits and strategy, I bring clarity, structure, and even a little strategic humor to the mix.But I don’t just fix HR - I build it.Many businesses promote admins or finance clerks into HR roles without a roadmap.
