ABOUT CORAL WARREN
I am a data-driven engineer with a passion for making a positive impact on the world and a creative mindset for operational improvements. Currently a project engineer for Polaris, Inc. managing design-to-value projects across multiple vehicle lines, as well as managing a team focused on driving improved collaboration across the Engineering Operations organization. I am the Vice President for Polaris\' internal women\'s resource group, as well as a member and Polaris corporate liaison for Women in Manufacturing (WiM). In these roles, I focus on the development and networking of women throughout my organization and community. Prior to Polaris, I was an Industrial Engineer for a tier one automotive interiors supplier, working with the manufacturing team at multiple sites to improve material flow and production efficiency. I\'ve had many incredible opportunities to work on similar projects for manufacturers such as Whirlpool and Stryker, as well as financial, municipal and nonprofit organizations. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering Management Technology and Master\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. I now sit on the advisory board for the Engineering Management program at WMU, with the goal of keeping the program current and increasing interest and opportunity for females in STEM.
