Working within the recruitment department to source new candidates throughout the UK.* Creating and posting adverts on to relevant job boards and social media platforms.* Responding to all applications in a timely manner.*Screening candidates to qualify suitability for assignments.*Working directly with the recruitment manager to source new training providers and interview sessions throughout the UK for potential candidates.* Been responsibly for looking after my own regions, checking staffing levels with area managers and effectively responding to recruitment needs within these areas.*Effectively managing recruitment related enquiries via phone, email and social media. Ensuring that these have been dealt wit in a timely, accurate and professional manner.* Recruiting and allocating shifts onto the internal system for each assignments to ensure we have full coverage through all placements.* Ensuring that all candidates have the correct documentation and skills to meet each assignment.*Reporting back to the recruitment manager using Excel spreadsheets to show measurable activity.
