   Elected member of the Executive Council- Lead, direct, and facilitates regular meetings of the Member ExperienceDepartment, in conjunction with New Member Education & Member Experience Advisor- Help lead all chapter meetings, in conjunction with the Chapter President- Oversee Director of Sisterhood, and member experience department members- Direct the chapter’s Alpha Phi centered educational programming, as well as general programming, in conjunction with the Director of Programming & Events, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department, and the Health, Wellness, & Accountability Department. Focus department on preparing and executing competitive year-round programming, centered around the overall experience for all members- Oversee department completion of the Event Planner Guide in a timely manner- Oversee department budget, in conjunction with New Member Education & Member ExperienceAdvisor- Participate in Officer Transition upon taking office and following the completion of my term- Design, plan, and execute chapter sisterhood events both in and off campus, engaging members in creative, fun, and education stimulating ways.
