As the founder of Input UX Inc, a digital customer experience and product design agency, I have nearly 30 years of experience in creating engaging and memorable digital properties for clients across various industries. I also mentor aspiring user experience and product designers through Designlab, an online learning platform that helps them launch their new careers.My core competencies include competitive research and analysis, user experience strategy, customer journey mapping, information architecture, high-fidelity prototyping, UI and interaction design, and usability testing.
