As the Senior Graphic Designer for Volunteers of America Colorado\'s Advancement and Marketing team my role includes:• Lead the visual strategy and brand identity for the organization, overseeing the Annual Report, website, social media, marketing collateral, and video production.• Develop and execute high-quality graphic design, content creation, photography, and video production to enhance both internal and external communications.• Partner with an external strategic marketing agency as Creative Director to develop targeted branding strategies and scalable integrated marketing campaigns.• Create engaging, brand-aligned visuals that support fundraising efforts, program initiatives, and community outreach, ensuring cohesiveness and consistency across all platforms.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and leadership, to ensure alignment and accuracy across all design assets, including social media, email marketing, and web content.• Implement innovative design and storytelling strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and donor support.• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to optimize design workflows and content strategy while ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals.
