Unannounced (Remaster)- 86 Episodes - Supervise all aspects of the process for the remastered version of Unannounced from receipt of the digital film scans through delivery- Review and provide creative feedback on all cuts of the show to ensure quality and creative integrity- Managed a multi-million dollar budget and ensured all work was completed on time and within budget- Supervise a small team of digital restoration technicians and facilities to clean up the rescanned film negative and perform quality control/cleanup- Supervise VFX reviews and give creative feedback to the VFX artists and facilities- Manage all media and track episode progress, including color, audio, conform, VFX, online, and delivery between a bicoastal team- Crafted workflow, tracked and ensured timely and simultaneous delivery of 86 episodes through UHD/HDR/Atmos and UHD/SDR/5.1 deliveries to the network.
