About Cooper Dees
I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management. I worked hard to gain a full scholarship that helped me realize my full potential by reducing the financial burden of an advanced education. I was a part of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity for 6 semesters where I learned the value of a highly skilled and professional network of diverse, hard-working people. I went on to work with the National Park Service in Maine following graduation. This is where I developed skills in leadership and what it meant to pursue work in this field further. When I returned home from Maine, I realized that I had a strong passion for software engineering and computer science in general. This is when I made the decision to pivot my career path, and I focused on getting my computer science degree. I am extremely excited for this new field and cannot wait to see where this change takes me.
