I hold a B.S. in Management and Leadership with a Marketing minor from Bradley University, where I excelled in my academic career. With my experience as a Campus Recruiter, I have demonstrated the ability to collaborate with teams and to source and interview incoming candidates who will be guided through Northwestern Mutual\'s internship program. As a Store Executive Intern, I facilitated each aspect of a Target store location and utilized time, management, and communication skills to ensure the store was run effectively. In my time as a Student Aide, I led students and their supporters throughout the orientation program as I acclimated them to Bradley University\'s campus environment. Within this role, I had the opportunity to teach University Experience classes aimed towards providing resources and opportunities to students in their first semester on campus.
