I have spent 12 years working across two sides of the music industry that do not always talk to each other well: artist management and A&R on one side, digital strategy and music tech on the other.On the management side I have worked with WALK THE MOON, Ray LaMontagne, Andy Grammer, Nathaniel Rateliff, and others. On the platform side I have built artist partnership programs from scratch, recovered seven figures in royalties for major catalogs, and grown artist audiences from the ground up.Most useful in roles where the decisions require both taste and data. Currently focused on A&R, artist partnerships, and Director or Head-of level roles in artist development and music tech.

   Part of the founding team at a music royalty and metadata platform built for professional artists and management companies. I came on to build the artist partnership function from scratch — outreach, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing support for top-tier artists, managers, and rights holders.On the revenue side, I have helped recover seven figures in aggregate royalties for major artist catalogs by identifying and correcting metadata errors across DSPs and royalty collection systems. On the product side, I work directly with engineering to shape features based on real feedback from artists and managers, a number of which have made it into the core platform.Also represent the company at industry conferences and in senior-level meetings to grow strategic partnerships and drive adoption.
