Cooper is a Vice President in the Boston office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions and supporting portfolio companies.Prior to joining Sverica, he was an Associate with NewSpring Holdings, the buyout team at Philadelphia-based private equity firm NewSpring Capital. At NewSpring, he evaluated acquisition opportunities and executed transactions in the lower middle market. Prior to that, he was a Quantitative Research Analyst at Hamilton Lane, where he worked with large data sets to assist both clients and the investment teams.Cooper earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Economics from Villanova University.
