I am a business and cooperative law attorney specializing in business formations, contracts, employment law and real estate. Extensive experience in forming and helping all types of businesses, with an emphasis on cooperatives (including worker cooperatives, purchasing, consumer and producer cooperatives). I can help with structural planning, formation, governance, employee matters, real estate, contracts, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning.
