I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor. Collectively, I over 15 years of experience working within the mental health field. I’ve consulted and worked independently with licensed and unlicensed staff to help develop and meet healthcare quality improvements. Through my current doctoral program, I’ve been able to extend my knowledge on program evaluation, clinical and administrative supervision, advocacy, and leadership.

   I am responsible for staff supervision, operation and workflow management, and overall compliance. Key Responsibilities- Support, motivate, and empower up to 20 program staff, including directly supervising four Lead Mental Health Consultants - Arrange staff orientation and all trainings for Mental Health Consultants - Develop all program policies, procedures, and workflows; make recommendations for revisions as necessary; and ensure staff adherence - Develop and maintain relationships with community partners in order to build a network of providers to serve program clients - Liaise with staff from selected electronic platform provider to oversee implementation of and training on the platform - Ensure that staff document all client demographic information, assessments, and other pertinent information in the electronic platform within required timelines to ensure data integrity - Evaluate, on a monthly basis, progress toward meeting established program metrics and outcomes and work to address any deficiencies - Develop and implement a Continuous Quality Improvement process that includes utilization of quarterly client satisfaction surveys, staff feedback, and input from community partners - Conduct weekly supervision meetings with direct reports and their teams to ensure best practices are being used and to provide support - Co-lead biweekly cross-team case staffing meetings to discuss and problem-solve complex cases - Conduct semi-annual performance reviews of staff to identify areas of strength, those that require remediation, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continued staff development - Write and submit required funder grant reports - Work in concert with program Medical Director and external partners to ensure client and program outcomes
