Will Wagner is a seasoned procurement leader with over seven years of experience in directing global procurement and supply chain functions for federal and commercial clients. He holds the CPCM, CFCM, and C.P.M. credentials from the NCMA and the ISM, demonstrating his proficiency and professionalism in contracts and purchasing management.As the Director, Procurement Global Supply Chain at IAP Worldwide Services, he oversees the subcontracts and procurement activities for conus and oconus contingency operations programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality. He also supports business area teams, long-term planning, and proposal development for global projects and sites. He has successfully led and participated in multiple DCMA, DCAA, ISO, and AS9100 audits, as well as implemented procurement system integration, policy and procedures, and small business requirements and reporting. He is skilled in pricing negotiations, process improvement, and strategic sourcing and vendor management.Prior to joining IAP, he served as the Director of Spend Management at Battelle and the Director of Strategic Sourcing at National Government Services, where he managed direct and indirect spend activities, strategic sourcing events, and vendor relationships for health administration contracts. He also has extensive field experience in disaster response, environmental remediation, and construction projects, having traveled to Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East to support projects and conduct negotiations.
