Market research/rating for new business opportunities• Communicate to/from ops on new job openings needing to be filled• Communicate to/from ops on new hires that are cleared• Assist HR with capture of documents for new hires• Host orientation virtually or online for start-ups and/or extra days as needed• Run reports and communicate with third party vendors• Create SOP for recruiting dept.• Train new recruiters• Point of contact for external marketing for North American recruiting teams• Point of contact for ATS system for North American recruiting teams• Travel as needed to be on-site for start-up accounts• Recruit as needed for team coverage• New Driver Apprenticeship Contact/Recruiter• Review/Audit files as needed for team coverage• Work VOE as needed for team coverage• Participate at job fairs/events on behalf of company
