In my role as a Workforce Staffing Agency Coordinator, I act as a key link between internal departments and external staffing agencies. I coordinate with agency partners to ensure the timely supply of associates based on workforce requirements across multiple departments.My responsibilities include communicating hiring needs (PHO, HOTW, BVG roles, etc.), tracking fulfillment status, and ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation processes. I also support offer letter issuance and follow-up procedures to ensure alignment between agency deliverables and internal staffing plans.This role has strengthened my coordination, communication, and multi-department collaboration skills. I am also actively learning more about end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and staffing models to grow in the HR and talent management domain.
