The job title doesn’t mean much outside NatWest, so here’s what it really is: I acted as a senior transformation lead, responsible for guiding one of the bank’s largest and now award-winning change programmes (Beyond) from strategy to measurable impact.I led a team of managers and graduates, managed a multi-million pound transformation portfolio, and design adoption campaigns that reached colleagues. Using Agile delivery, Lean Six Sigma, and Human-Centred Design, I helped the business embed new ways of working that are simpler, faster, and more intuitive and sustainable.What we delivered: • An award-winning programme recognised across the industry for impact and innovation • Increase in quantity & quality performance check-ins, showing adoption at scale • A 12-point uplift in engagement scores in impacted areas • Executive reporting redesigned, shifting from delayed data to real-time insightHow I work: I thrive in the grey areas where frameworks alone aren’t enough — combining governance and risk management with creativity, innovation (including AI-enabled adoption tools), and collaboration across disciplines.
