ABOUT CONSUELO RUIZ HERNANDEZ
Consuelo is a tax lawyer currently working in the International Transaction Tax department at EY Chicago. She has advised clients on a variety of national and international tax issues. Consuelo advised mainly on tax structuring matters, OME, financing tax structuring, Pillar Two modeling, tax provision assessment and international tax compliance assistance.
