Consuela Kielbowicz, alongside Scott Chaplan and the DRU Executive Team, launched Del Rey Urban Capital, LLC in 2010 to acquire and flip properties in the LA area. With the need to expand and service Del Rey Urban Capital, LLC, the team launched a full-service boutique brokerage to service all of its, and its client’s needs, Del Rey Urban Brokerage. Consuela is integral in all aspects of DRU’s business from sourcing opportunities and capital, to investment analysis, fund management and the representation of both buyers and sellers. As one of the founding members and President of the DRU Estates Division, Consuela’s knowledge of LA markets transcends most through her many years spearheading the single-family flipping division. With her great eye for space and design, and local knowledge expertise, Consuela is an invaluable asset to her team and clients. Her attention to detail and workhorse mentality has her always working hard for her client’s best interests and moving deals and opportunities forward while always negotiating the best deal for her clients. In her off time, Consuela loves to spend time with her daughter and husband enjoying and exploring LA and the world. Consuela is passionate about rights for women and children and the environment, and one day wants to visit space.
