About Ian Johnson
For over 20 years, Ian has established his experience in the built environment, working in many facets of the industry including; carpentry and construction, sustainability consulting, renewable energy projects, regenerative design, permaculture, restoration and large scale construction. His current focus is on healthy materials, sustainabilityHe looks to bring high performance design to the next level through integration of buildings, people and landscapes, creating resilient and regenerative places. Working on projects in all areas, residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal, Ian has experienced on a wide variety of project types. In recent years he has focused on Passive House Energy Modeling using WUFI software for PHIUS projects, as well as Healthy Material research and corporate sustainability initiatives.
