ABOUT CONSTANZE JANSEN
As Head of SAP Mission Control Center MEE, I am responsible for the delivery of mission critical and preventive support offerings to both internal beneficiaries and external customers. Prior to my current role, I led the SAP Mission Control Center EMEA for seven years after successfully establishing and running the regional HANA Deployment Support team for three years. I joined SAP in as part of a cooperative university program that dealt with collecting experience in software development, solution management, and education and customer implementation projects. Before joining SAP Mission Critical Support in 2010, where I worked on bringing highly critical customer situations back on track, I successfully supported strategic customer implementations as Solution Architect in Germany, Great Britain, and Switzerland. I can build on my strong implementation and mission critical experience, which enables me to lead a regional organization that consists of interdisciplinary teams. SAP Mission Control Center MEE provides state-of-the-art support and strategic advice to customers while looking for opportunities to drive permanent and lasting customer success as well as executional efficiency. As part of the global leadership team of SAP Mission Control Center, I drive the strategic development of our support portfolio as a contribution to designing the SAP support of the future.
