I\'m a philanthropy and nonprofit professional who designs and implements education programs. I work at the intersection of grantmaking, strategy, and capacity building, partnering with funders, nonprofit leaders, and educators on immigration and civic integration, dual-language education, family engagement, curriculum development, and early math and literacy.At Carnegie Corporation of New York, I design grantmaking strategies, identify and cultivate civic education grantees, provide technical assistance, and monitor performance. I\'ve helped secure over $100 million in funding for educational initiatives reaching thousands of students, educators, families, and communities.I\'m also an educator. I\'ve taught future nonprofit professionals and educators from six continents at Teachers College, Columbia University, teaching about Latinx students in urban schools and the role of education NGOs.I bring empathy and strategic vision to everything I do.
