   Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following- Preparation and reviewing of engineering activities (analyses, drawings, reports & material take-off\'s) of offshore structural engineering activities conforming to job specifications, codes, and standards in both pre-service & in-service stages- Utilization of design basis and criteria- Determination of scope of work and work schedule and preparation of man-hour estimates- Supervision of structural design team (Engineers & Designers)- Preparation manpower planning and resource management- Reviews project contract, client requirements, client specifications and standards- Capturing and resolving of mechanical,piping problems arising during of the work on the assigned projects- Review and comment on documents from other disciplines and from suppliers as well- Capturing changes in project data that may affect project schedule, and preparing project deviation notices and change orders- Attending project kick-off meetings regular clients meetings for the assigned projects- Attending review meetings and internal coordination meetings- Interface with other disciplines and exchanging data and comments to accomplish project activities completion in fully coordinated manner- Ensure of the application of quality control procedure in the assigned projects- Ensures the implementation of company manuals, procedures, departmental work instructions, and design guides- Participation in research and development projects.
