I’m a Senior Experience Designer with over 10 years of expertise, delivering impactful, user-centered designs that drive results.My work has spanned organizations like Wells Fargo, American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, the National Cancer Institute, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and FinCEN, where I focused on designing user interfaces for seamless user journeys backed by data-driven insights.During my time at Wells Fargo, I helped lead the design of a new HR service portal, resulting in a 25% increase in adoption rates. I also worked with people analytics directors to ideate and construct analytics dashboards to grant executives quick insight into their human capital across the company.At Sunbelt Rentals, one of the largest industrial equipment rental companies in the U.S, I developed a design system of more than 90 configurable components in Figma to support third party software such as Salesforce and custom applications, which helped reduce the team’s iteration time by over 40%. I bring with me a background in film production, including projects like Netflix’ House of Cards, Captain America: Winter Soldier, and VEEP as well as multimedia while at USA TODAY and National Geographic.
