I am a global board director and chair with experience spanning Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe and international institutions.I currently serve on the boards of listed and private companies, with a focus on strategy, capital allocation, risk oversight, sustainability and long-term value creation.My career has included senior leadership roles at the World Bank, extensive board experience across financial services, consumer goods and conservation, and active engagement with global capital markets.I am particularly interested in positioning Africa within global capital flows, strengthening governance in complex environments, and supporting institutions navigating volatility, regulatory change and technological disruption.I use this platform to share reflections from boardrooms, global discussions and lived experience — with the aim of contributing to better decision-making and more durable growth.
