Working in pre programme phase in charge of delivering the concepts for front end closures(bonnet system, bonnet hinge and fender system) while achieving the studio styling, pedestrian protection, cost, weight and system requirements constrains.* Studies and schemes applying first principle to check feasibility, systems requirements, packaging constrains and kinematics.* Cross Function meetings/collaborative sessions with multiple stakeholders teams i.e.(Design Studio, Active/Passive safety, Body Structures, Ergonomics and HumanFactors, Advanced Manufacturing) in order to define the right concepts from thebeginning of pre programme phase.* Creation of complex products for front end closures systems within a controlled 3Denvironment by links and formulas. This allows for quick and controlled updates of thegeometries when new inputs are released as design surfaces, safety requirementsand CAE load cases. As well I am doing my own preliminary CAE analysis just toprove the concept.
