Berlin, DE

As Entrepreneur in Residence at WorkMotion, I sit at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. My role is to explore, validate, and build new business opportunities that extend and complement WorkMotion’s core mission: enabling companies to hire and manage talent without geographical barriers.I approach the role much like a founder within the company. I identify trends in the global employment market, analyze customer pain points, and develop hypotheses for new solutions. From there, I build business cases, test concepts, and design go-to-market strategies that can later scale into standalone products or revenue streams. This means moving quickly from idea to validation, running experiments, and ensuring alignment with WorkMotion’s vision and growth strategy.A key part of my work is bridging functions across the organization. I collaborate with Sales to understand client needs, with Marketing to shape positioning, and with Product and Operations to test and refine potential offerings. I also take ownership of initiatives end-to-end: from designing scalable workflows and business models, to preparing prototypes, to ensuring successful handovers to dedicated teams once a venture is proven.Beyond developing new ventures, I contribute to strategic projects where entrepreneurial speed and problem-solving are required. I bring an outside-in perspective, challenge assumptions, and help the leadership team unlock opportunities that may not fit neatly into existing structures but hold strong potential for impact. For me, the EiR role is about combining entrepreneurial freedom with the resources of a scaling HR-tech company. It allows me to turn bold ideas into reality, accelerate growth, and help shape the future of work on a global scale. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that WorkMotion remains at the forefront of transforming how organizations hire, onboard, and collaborate with talent worldwide.
