   Women Changemakers For Education

   Building from my work with Empowered to Educate, we launched Women Changemakers for Education, an independent 501c3. Continuing the work we began in Ghana with our first two classes of Fellows, we now have 10 active Fellows, 10 active members of the Alumnae Network, a full range of leadership training services, mentoring and peer to peer partnerships. We have begun to define our \"leadership impact\" which includes pre and post testing with our Fellows. An important element of the program is the co-design approach.we never get too far ahead of our Fellows and listen carefully to what they need to support and grow them on their professional and persona leadership journeys.
