As a Product Specialist, my role is to assist Apple product owners, both new and established, in matching the best technological solution to his/her needs; to facilitate the acquisition of basic skills; to demonstrate the benefits, based on the owner\'s needs, of the computer, iPhone, iPad or iPod; and to provide efficient support while being a catalyst for developing positive relationships between owners and the Apple family of specialists. I assess each owner\'s situation, provide assistance with personal training and set-up, and refer him/her to the appropriate team specialist for additional assistance when needed. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and experiences for each individual encounter.
