Constance Y. White is a professional visual artist and a nationally recognized public art management professional with over twenty years of experience dedicated to the field of arts administration. She has worked with both public and private organizations throughout Texas, DC, Southern California, Alabama and the Carolinas. Career highlights include, developing an arts and culture strategy and implementing a multi-million dollar public art plan as a part of a $1billion capital program for San Diego International Airport.Constance has served as an advisor, presenter and panelist for numerous organizations including: the American Association of Airport Executives, Americans for the Arts, the Public Art Coalition of Southern California, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, and the City of Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. Before moving to Austin, she contributed to the Dallas Business Council for the Arts\' Arts + Health Committee while serving on the Board of Advisors of Inspire Art Dallas and the Dallas Arts District Council.Currently overseeing Exhibitions. Live Music & Special Performances and Public Art planning for Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Constance has a driven interest in expanding the impact of passenger experiences and broadening access to the arts at AUS as a Gateway to all.
