Verify account activity with customers on the phone and determine if transactions or activity can be validated by the card holder. Make decisions and take appropriate actions to minimize fraud losses and provide excellent customer service. Meet all monthly metrics required to meet call center customer service level. Knowledge of atm debit card detection, credit card detection, large corporation detection, small business lending detection, account takeovers, identity theft, fraud trends and mass compromises. Knowledge of BOA products and remain current on all of BOA procedural changes and updates.
