I am known as a collaboration enabler – someone who helps transform culture, clarify vision, and manage resources to boost performance across the spectrum of service and quality. I lead with the ④ pillars of transformational leadership always in mind. With IDEALIZED INFLUENCE, I am purpose driven and “walk the talk”. I have an unconquerable desire to influence others with INSPIRATIONAL MOTIVATION.
