Senior programme and risk manager with a strong consulting background and a proven record of leading high-performing teams, passionate about PwC’s purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems.I spent my first 10 years in PwC Consulting supporting large, complex technology and operational transformations across global clients, where I developed a strong foundation in programme delivery, change and benefits realisation.I then spent a decade working within PwC, supporting the firm’s people, leadership development and future of work strategy, working closely with the Board and senior leadership teams; an experience that significantly shaped my leadership and stakeholder management approach.Since July 2019, I’ve found my professional home in risk management, supporting PwC Consulting on its most complex engagements. I lead and advise on risk and contract management across the full project lifecycle, partnering closely with Consulting leaders to provide pragmatic, commercial and delivery-focused risk advice grounded in real client experience.Outside work, I’m a mum of two, a keen skier and sailor, and (being French) happiest around good food, friends and lively debate.
