While my last position as Executive Director at New London Landmarks was my favorite job to date, I left the small non-profit for an organization that had a full benefit package. Today I love my work as a prospect researcher which is fulfilling to my curious mind and my passion for cause-related organizations.

ABOUT CONSTANCE KRISTOFIK
A nonprofit professional and avid community volunteer who is enthusiastic and mission-driven with many interests. Enjoying current role as a prospect researcher which taps into both analytical and writing skills. For over 20 years leisure time was spent as a queer activist and organizer and is now shifting to more creative pursuits such as film, writing, and concert promotions. Founded a grassroots non-profit LGBTQ+ organization in 2013 and completed a feature documentary in 2023. Many new projects on the horizon! Living life to the fullest and loves to network so don’t hesitate to reach out for connections of any kind.
