It doesn’t matter which area of your life you want to improve - It all starts with the mind.The method that I use include transformational meditations, deep subconscious re-altering patterns & advanced behavioural psychology.Btw here’s how I ended up into the space of MindCoaching - During my early twenties, I got intrigued by “The Human Mind”. I just wanted to understand it better. Thus, I started studying Buddhism. I explored several monasteries, chatted with monks, did a lot yoga & practised meditation. Without a doubt, I found a deep sense of peace & connection.🧘‍My spiritual seeking gave me internal freedom. However, that wasn\'t enough. I had a need for contribution. I did some research to find out what fits best with my skills & knowing. That is when I discovered Coaching - a setup where I facilitate my clients to go deeper within themselves as I guide them through deep internal shifts. I have spent years studying psychological approaches to help us not only heal our deep mental wounds but operate with higher fluidity & fullness. After testing the techniques on myself, I applied it on others & without exaggeration I have to say that they work like magic.The impact of Mind Coaching is too big to be curtailed to few top sports people & business performers. Everyone needs to know about it & make use of it. Just the way utility of a mobile phone can be dramatically enhanced by installing a better app on it, similarly performance of a human beings can be massively enhanced by installing better mental patterns.
