Role: Reporting to VP HR & Global Director Talent Acquisition. Leading national talent acquisition strategy for Pratt & Whitney Canada. Accountable for team performance, data-driven recruitment, process transformation, and national alignment to global talent metrics. Oversight of a team of 10, including team leads, senior recruiters, onboarding specialist, onboarding coordinator, and recruitment administrators.Key Responsibilities:• Lead national recruitment operations aligned to corporate P&L and growth objectives• Build and execute a data-driven talent acquisition strategy across Canada• Provide cross-functional project leadership across HR, operations, and international teams• Coach, mentor, and guide team members to drive engagement and goal achievement• Champion change leadership: unplanned, transformational, and people-centered shifts• Manage executive-level recruitment for Sales, Technical, and Operations leadership roles• Serve as key liaison to national and global leadership stakeholders• Oversee all recruitment vendor partnerships, including onboarding and performance• Lead and oversee national talent attraction marketing strategy across all channels, including social media, digital campaigns, events, and employer branding initiativesKey Projects & Achievements:• Launched data-driven recruitment and talent operations framework nationally• Implemented Agile leadership model to enhance team responsiveness and adaptability• Designed and rolled out a new international hiring model• Led national process alignment to streamline talent acquisition practices• Developed data-backed talent communities to support long-term pipeline growth
