I work on a team concept basis and I’m also a hands-on project manager. My experience has been in developing construction documents with architects, performing due diligence on structures, qualifying and selecting subcontractors, obtaining permits and scheduling inspections, maintaining schedules and budgets and managing construction projects. Additionally, I have vast experience in project coordination with clients, building engineering and vendors which also included construction meetings. Lastly, administrative tasks consisted of creating job folders for controlling, logging and processing RFI’s, submittals, change orders, job cost reports, paying schedule of values (invoices), schedules, punchlists, equipment startup and project closeout requirements. Cost for projects ranged from to $75 million.I am a well qualified construction leader with vast knowledge in all levels of engineering and construction management. I successfully completed roles at Pacific Gas and Electric (PG & E) facilities throughout California. I was successful in structuring construction projects for a wide variety of requirements that reduced costs, increased efficiency and escalated job completion and within allocated budgets. PG & E projects came in under budget due to value engineering analysis which reduced equipment and installation costs.
