These matters have ranged in magnitude from under to in excess of $80 million and cover practice areas such as natural catastrophes, physical damages, insurance coverage disputes, shareholder and intellectual property disputes, personal injury and wrongful death, lost earnings, professional negligence, family law, and subrogation- Extensive exposure to numerous industries including, but not limited to, aerospace, agriculture, automotive, food processing and packaging services, professional services, entertainment, financial services and lending, government, information technology, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, transportation, warehousing, utilities and energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, hotels, restaurants, retail and wholesale industries, healthcare and beauty, and construction- Litigation experience includes expert testimony, authoring and drafting of expert reports, review and analysis of transcripts, preparation of inquiries of witnesses under oath, assisting MDD investigation teams and clients with all aspects of discovery including preparation of document responses and propounding document requests, measurement of damages, and preparation and support for alternative dispute resolution.
