During the continuation and evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CHLA Information Services (IS) team has continued to thrive and support the organization in new, innovative, and collaborative ways. Conrad leads a team of over 300 amazing technical team members, including physicians, and nurses that help support CHLA’s mission. In the interim role, Conrad has improved the alignment of the IS department with the enterprise needs, evaluated and improved core processes critical to IS operations, developed a new 3-year IS Strategic Plan, and continues to support other critical strategic plan initiatives for Innovation, Digital Front Door, Big Data, and User Experience. Leveraging decades of leadership and broad-ranging technology experience, Conrad and the CHLA IS team continue to drive the evolution of technology at CHLA by partnering directly with key business (clinical, research, administrative) areas.
