I’ve demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build robust relationship and synergy across business lines to drive positive change.Below are some of my key accomplishment that I have attained:~ Created a preventive maintenance program (Oil Sampling and oil cleanliness as well as vibration and IR testing) moving from a reactive maintenance as a primary driver of the 5% increase of EA.~ Steered the improvement of a Hydro Portfolio Energy Availability from 91% to 97%.~ Created a documented time-based Maintenance program for each of 65 assets along with identification of more than 250 shared tasks.~ Leading a transmission team managing and renewing GIAs for a renewable portfolio, along with managing the NERC Modeling requirements and processes.
